WayFYI is a travel itinerary planning web application that allows users to create, organize, and share trip itineraries. The service is provided as-is and may change over time.

You must create an account to use WayFYI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be 18 years of age or older to use WayFYI.

You retain ownership of all trip content you create in WayFYI. By using the service you grant WayFYI a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not sell it to third parties.

6. Sharing Features

WayFYI allows you to generate shareable links to your itineraries. You are responsible for who you share your links with. Shared links may expire based on the expiry setting you choose.

7. Privacy

Your use of WayFYI is also governed by our Privacy Policy at wayfyi.com/privacy. By using the service you agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

WayFYI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Travel information and itineraries created in WayFYI are for planning purposes only — always verify bookings and travel details independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WayFYI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
